Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not entirely satisfied you may return the items to us for a full refund of the purchase price providing the following conditions are met:

1. Goods should be returned within 90 days. This has been increased from 30 days due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

2. Goods must be in a new, unused, original condition with tags & packaging.

3. Goods are well packaged to avoid damage in transit. The parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you send your return using a Tracked or ‘Signed for’ service. 

4. Returns should include your name, address, order reference and reason for return.

5. Please allow up to 7 days upon receipt of the parcel into our warehouse, for your return to be processed and your money refunded.

6. We can only refund shipping costs on goods that are faulty, or supplied in error. Please contact us within 7 days if goods are faulty or supplied in error.

7. Return postage will only be refunded if the product is faulty. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods unless they are faulty.

11. For international customers, if you refuse a delivery because you do not want to pay the import duties, custom charges and local sales taxes we cannot refund the cost of the goods unless the goods are returned to us. It will be at the discretion of the courier and imports office to decide if they return the goods to us or destroy the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If all conditions are met a refund will be given through your original payment method upon receipt of the returned goods.
